Job description:
The Physical Therapist will provide PT based services to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Job Type: Full-time $10,000.00 Retention Incentive
Servicing for Central and North/North East San Antonio Metro areas.** Medicare SOCs / Recerts : $115.00 Non-Medicare SOC's / Recerts : $100.00** Treatments/DC : $70.00We are a home health agency with a deep commitment to quality, we are offering positions for Therapists seeking more flexibility, autonomy, are driven by a growth mindset, and who put patient care first.
What You'll Do:
- Assess and evaluate patients and develop plans of care
- Provide treatments as required in accordance with established POC's.
- Provide thorough and prompt documentation of progress during episodes.
- Adhere to Brightstar Care standards for patient care, safety, and communications.
- Be willing to travel within an established radius.
- Assure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations

- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in TXWork experience of at least one year as an Physical Therapist with adult and pediatrics experience
