Clinical Case Coordinator II

Other information: RN License, 5 years of appropriate clinical experience(adult Med/Surg); 3 years of supervisory experience preferred - charge nurse or team leader experience; Baccalaureate degree or experience commensurate with a degree. Master's Degree preferred; Knowledge and education, including but not limited to the following; clinical expertise, excellent observation skills, analytical thinking, problem solving, good verbal and written communication, knowledge of adult education principles, research process, change theory, management skills, financial analysis and group process. The Case Clinical Coordinator II is accountable for the clinical and financial outcome of care for an assigned case load; assists with staff development.
