Remote Divisional Director of Resident Care

Discovery Senior Living is seeking a Divisional Director of Resident Care to provide multi-site clinical leadership across its portfolio of assisted living and memory care communities. This remote role targets candidates based in the Mid-Atlantic region with the ability to travel frequently and support acquisitions, surveys, and transitions. You will collaborate with Executive Directors, Resident Care teams, and divisional leaders to elevate resident outcomes and compliance.
