Lean Transformation Lead

MCC Label is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to drive the transition to a Lean culture within our plant. You will lead productivity improvements, loss elimination, and continuous improvement efforts across the organization, educating teams in Lean principles and engaging non-direct reports to achieve tangible results. You will report to the Plant Manager and collaborate with site leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.
