Operations Coordinator

What You'll Do: Van Fleet Leasing & Restitution: Help negotiate van lease contracts with dealerships; manage onboarding and restitution of vans. Van Fleet Operations: Manage and maintain our fleet of vans, ensuring they are properly stocked, serviced, and in top condition for each trip. Unit Load Management: Supervise van preloading, ensuring all necessary equipment and inventory are included and meet quality standards. Inventory & Service Supervision: Oversee inventory management, service schedules, and the handling of minor maintenance issues on the vans. Winter and Seasonal Projects: Oversee seasonal projects such as mid-season maintenance, winter bike overhaul, winter projects, and end-of-season maintenance. Coordination with Field Staff: Communicate regularly with field staff to ensure operational issues are addressed quickly. Warehouse Management: Organize the warehouse, including receiving/sending packages, operating a forklift, and overseeing inventory checks. Logistics Support: Assist with the coordination of van arrivals and departures, scheduling, shipping logistics, ATA carnets, and the transportation of equipment and bikes.

A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. A team player who takes ownership and strives for continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)Strong command of English; knowledge of Czech is a plus Experience with van driving and maneuvering trailers Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (approx. 23 kg)Clean driving record Previous warehouse or operations experience is a plus Forklift operation experience is a plus
