About the role
MLK Community Healthcare seeks a Clinical Staff Nurse (RN) to float across Medical-Surgical Telemetry patients, the Emergency Department, ICU or PACU as needed to balance care demand. The role emphasizes patient/family–centered care and the Watson Model of Care within a 12-hour shift framework.
Required:
12 months of clinical nursing experience; BSN preferred; BLS and ACLS; Spanish preferred. This on-site position supports the hospital mission and core values while ensuring high-quality care.
