The Role: Vangst is hiring Temporary Labeling Associates in Cottage Grove, MN for one of the largest multi-state cannabis operators in the country. It's a great fit if you're detail-oriented and like focused, hands-on work in a calm, comfortable setting. You won't be on the production floor. You'll work seated in a clean office environment, labeling products accurately so they're ready for shipment. Every label you place helps get products to customers correctly and on time. What You'll Do: Apply labels to products and packaging accurately and efficiently, following specific instructions Verify that product information matches labeling requirements Inspect finished products to make sure labels are placed correctly and are easy to read Keep an eye on label supplies and let your supervisor know when restocking is needed Help with inventory organization and stock replenishment as needed Keep your work area clean and organized Report any discrepancies or issues to your supervisor right away Work with your team to meet daily goals Follow all safety guidelines and company policies Support other tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For: Fine motor skills. You have steady, precise hands for placing labels neatly and accurately. Strong attention to detail. You catch a crooked label or a mismatched product code right away. A steady pace. You can keep your speed and quality consistent through a full 8-hour shift. Comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to stay focused on detailed work. Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic. A team player with good communication skills. Good at following instructions and safety protocols. Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
