Role: AI Lead

Location: Hybrid in NYC

Rate: $110 - $130 per hour W2Length: 6 months

The Role: You'll lead the design, development, and delivery of AI solutions, combining strategic oversight with hands-on technical execution. Working across product, design, and engineering teams, you'll turn AI concepts into working prototypes and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities: Define and lead AI strategy and technical direction. Design and build Generative AI and LLM-powered solutions. Develop AI agents, workflows, and orchestration frameworks. Build RAG solutions leveraging enterprise data sources. Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies. Integrate AI solutions with APIs and business systems. Rapidly prototype and validate new concepts. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business value. Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on.

Requirements: Demonstrated experience building GenAI and LLM applications. Expertise in RAG architectures and AI orchestration. Strong software engineering and API integration skills. Microsoft Copilot Studio. Azure AI and Azure OpenAI.Microsoft Power Platform. Experience delivering innovation or greenfield AI initiatives.
