Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and specialist positions, from sourcing through offer and onboarding handoff. Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent mapping, and other relevant channels. Partner with hiring managers to understand business and role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct candidate screening and interviews and coordinate the selection process while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. Build and maintain strong and diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Provide market insights and guidance to hiring managers on talent availability, sourcing strategies, compensation expectations, and recruitment trends. Track recruitment activity and key hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks, and provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders. Maintain accurate and timely candidate information within the ATS and recruitment systems. Ensure recruitment activities are conducted consistently and in accordance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Contribute to continuous improvements across recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.

What We're Looking For: 5+ years of recruitment experience, with strong experience hiring for technical and/or IT positions. Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to identify and engage hard-to-find technical talent. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment analytics or reporting tools. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and vacancies simultaneously. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong attention to detail. Experience supporting recruitment within a multinational, regional, or complex organisational environment is an advantage.

Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000 USD annually
