Utilizing route analysis software to optimize territory plans, the full-time Service Planning Specialist will create efficient daily and weekly route plans, perform data analysis, and maintain customer information in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
Develops route plans using work order data and route analysis software
Communicates route details to service personnel and summarizes plans with the Service Planning Supervisor
Generates daily summary reports for management and performs additional assigned dutiesRequired qualifications: High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of experience in dispatch or customer service
Advanced knowledge of routing and scheduling software systems
Familiarity with the company's branch service department and territory structure
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
