TikTok Shop & Affiliate Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE: We're looking for a full-time Affiliate & Tik Tok Shop Manager based in the United States to help scale one of the fastest-growing creator commerce programs in the children's personal care industry. You will own the day-to-day growth of MIMI's Tik Tok Shop and Affiliate Program across the United States. You'll recruit creators, grow our affiliate community, manage Tik Tok Shop operations, coordinate gifting campaigns and build long-term relationships with creators who genuinely love the brand. Success in this role will be measured by growing creator participation, increasing affiliate sales, expanding product discovery and delivering profitable revenue growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Tik Tok Shop Manage the day-to-day operation of MIMI's Tik Tok Shop. Optimise product listings, promotions and campaign execution. Coordinate Tik Tok Shop launches, seasonal campaigns and retail moments. Support livestream shopping opportunities and creator events. Affiliate Program Manage and grow MIMI's affiliate program across the US.Recruit, onboard and activate new affiliates and creators. Build strong relationships with high-performing creators. Develop commission programs, incentives and promotional campaigns. Monitor affiliate performance and optimise for growth. Creator Management Recruit new Tik Tok Shop creators and affiliates every month. Develop creator briefs and campaign guidelines. Coordinate product gifting and sampling. Maintain regular communication with creators and ambassadors. Identify opportunities to increase creator engagement and retention. Performance & Growth Track GMV, affiliate sales, creator performance, conversion rates and ROI.Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Manage affiliate budgets and gifting investments. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Stay ahead of Tik Tok Shop trends, platform updates and emerging creator opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the Brand, Paid Media and Creative teams. Identify high-performing creator content that can be amplified through paid advertising. Support product launches, retailer campaigns and promotional events. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR2–4+ years' experience managing Tik Tok Shop or affiliate programs. Experience recruiting and managing creators or influencer communities. Strong understanding of Tik Tok Shop Seller Center. Experience with affiliate marketing platforms. Commercial mindset with the ability to analyse performance data. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Highly organised with strong project management capability. Passion for social commerce, creators and emerging digital trends. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
