Engineering Manager - Injection Molding & Team Leadership

Amcor is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Injection Molding plant in the United States. You will supervise a diverse engineering team, drive project execution, and use data-driven methods to improve production efficiency, safety, and quality. You will lead safety culture, guide engineers, coordinate with other managers, review capital budgets, and manage outside contractors and vendors to deliver plant renovations, cost savings, and long-term performance.
