Pay: $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., or otherwise approved
Build Products You Can Be Proud OfPro Moto Billet designs and manufactures premium motorcycle and powersports accessories right here in Nampa, Idaho. We’re looking for a dependable Assembly & Packaging Technician who enjoys working with their hands, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in quality work. You’ll help ensure our products are assembled correctly, inspected carefully, and packaged accurately for our customers. Your daily work will include a variety of assembly, packaging, and inventory tasks based on production needs. Related experience is preferred, but not required. We provide training for someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do:
Assemble motorcycle and powersports products using work instructions and hand tools.
Inspect components and finished products for quality, completeness, and visible defects.
Package products securely with the correct labels, inserts, and materials.
Verify part numbers and quantities for accuracy.
Pick, organize, replenish, and stage materials for production and shipping.
Assist with inventory counts and accurate production records.
Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized.
Work with production and shipping teammates to meet daily priorities.
Move between tasks as needed and suggest ways to improve quality and efficiency.

Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools.
Ability to follow instructions and verify parts and quantities accurately.

Flexibility when production priorities change.
Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or packaging experience is a plus. One year of related experience is preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Essential duties include the following, with or without reasonable accommodation:
Standing and walking for extended periods.
Repetitive use of hands and arms to assemble, inspect, and package products.
Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and twisting.
Working safely around manufacturing machinery, tools, and equipment.
