EVENT SET UP & DISMANTLE CREW MEMBER

Key Responsibilities: Load and unload event rental items including tables, chairs, bars, lounge furniture, staging, and decorative elements Safely transport and deliver rentals to venues throughout the Charlotte area and beyond Set up furniture and rentals according to floorplans, ensuring alignment and quality presentation Assist with heavy lifting (up to 60 lbs.) and moving items across indoor and outdoor event spaces Follow direction from leads and managers to execute efficient, on-brand setups Break down, pack, and return rental items post-event with care and accuracy Maintain clean and organized trucks, inventory, and workspaces Provide excellent on-site service and represent CLUXE in a professional, respectful manner Qualifications Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks Comfortable working in a variety of weather and terrain conditions (indoor/outdoor setups) Punctual, dependable, and respectful of client spaces Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays Strong teamwork and communication skills Experience in event setup, moving, or warehouse operations is a plus Valid driver's license preferred (especially for Lead Crew opportunities) Why Join CLUXE?
