About the role

Overview: We are seeking a Ground Operations Specialist II or III to support the final preparation, integration, launch, landing, and recovery of spacecraft hardware. This individual will play a critical role in transitioning spacecraft from production and testing into flight-ready vehicles by executing processing activities, developing operational procedures, coordinating launch campaigns, and supporting launch site operations.
Responsibilities: Support spacecraft processing, testing, integration, and launch operations Execute technical procedures and operational activities in controlled environments Assist with launch vehicle integration and payload processing Develop and improve operational procedures, work instructions, and documentation Coordinate across engineering, quality, flight operations, mission teams, and launch providers Requirements: 5 years of experience in spacecraft operations, launch operations, aircraft maintenance, integration, or aerospace operations Experience supporting launch campaigns or preparing complex vehicles for deployment Ability to lead processing activities and coordinate cross-functional teams Experience resolving issues in mission-critical operational environments Duration: 6-12 month with extensions possible Compensation: $50-70/hour (depending on years of experience) "Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law."bfb 3568a-762b-4989-884b-a 9682aa 104ca
