Take the lead in shaping the financial operations of a growing organization in Las Vegas! Bell & Associates has partnered with our client in a search for a Controller to provide hands-on leadership over the accounting function and play a key role in the company’s continued financial success. This position will oversee a team of five accounting professionals, including the Accounting & Credit Manager, while driving accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with financial regulations. The Controller will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team, strengthen processes, and make a meaningful impact in this expanding business. We’re looking for an accounting leader who brings strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to partner with leadership to support informed business decisions within this expanding privately held organization.
