About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President, Supply Chain to lead the end-to-end supply chain for its global business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a best-in-class supply chain strategy that is aligned with business objectives, customer commitments, and growth plans. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive competitive advantage through service excellence, productivity, working capital improvement, digital enablement, and risk management. The Vice President will also be a key member of the business leadership team, setting supply chain strategy and partnering with various functions to deliver business results. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree, and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in supply chain transformation, financial performance, and talent development. The ideal candidate will have experience in a make-to-order, highly customized supply chain, and be adept at using data and analytics to drive decisions. Key responsibilities include optimizing customer service, planning, inventory, and logistics, as well as modernizing supply chain capabilities and championing digital and AI-enabled processes.
