Material Coordinator

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour. We pay weekly.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Weekends and overtime as needed. Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring a Material Shipping Coordinator for our client in the Northwest Houston area. This position will be responsible for receiving materials, picking products from the warehouse, and handling international shipping.

Responsibilities: Process and ship sales orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international shipping requirements. Manage the receipt of goods, including verifying accuracy and coordinating returns and credits. Coordinate courier services and ensure proper routing of inbound materials. Handle customer returns and provide after-hours support as necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, manage supplies, and ensure equipment is in good working order. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with annual inventory counts. Report any safety concerns and perform other assigned duties. Perform other related duties as required.

Job Requirements: Must have basic computer skills, including MS Office, Order Management Systems, and email. Must be able to pull, push, grasp, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have 2–3 years of warehouse or production experience in an industrial setting. Must be able to use dollies and pallet jacks to safely move heavy materials when required. Must have knowledge of OFAC filings, HTS codes, and licensing requirements. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
