About the role

To provide expert support for AWS infrastructure, the remote Tier 2 Platform Support Engineer will manage AWS services, perform incident management, and ensure platform reliability while utilizing advanced Linux and Windows server administration skills. Key responsibilitiesAdminister and support AWS infrastructure services, including EC2, VPC, IAM, and RDS Conduct incident management and root cause analysis for critical issues, ensuring timely resolution Develop and maintain technical documentation and runbooks to enhance operational efficiencyRequired qualifications5 to 8 years of experience in AWS infrastructure administration Proficiency in advanced Linux administration (RHEL, Ubuntu, Amazon Linux) and Windows Server Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Jenkins Certifications: AWS SysOps Associate, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, and ITIL Foundation Strong skills in incident management and service management using ServiceNow ITSM
