About the role

Great marketers see opportunities and make things happen. At Human Marketing, we care deeply about the impact we have on our clients’ businesses. We’re drawn to curious, resourceful people who take the time to understand a business, see what’s possible, and take the initiative to move it forward. We give them the tools, trust, and room to turn that instinct into results. We’re hiring a Senior Paid Media Specialist who combines strong media buying skills, thoughtful strategy, and the ability to build real client relationships. Someone who enjoys getting into the accounts, figuring things out, and seeing their work make a difference.
The role:
  • You’ll own paid media strategy and execution for a portfolio of clients. You’ll develop the plan, run campaigns, lead performance conversations, and stay accountable for moving results forward.
  • Meta and Google are at the center of the role. Your curiosity should extend to everything that influences performance: the customer, the creative, the offer, the landing page, and the quality of the data.
  • You’ll collaborate with people across creative, strategy, and technology, with the freedom to bring your own ideas and the support to make them happen.
  • What you’ll own
  • Campaign strategy and execution. Plan, build, launch, and optimize Meta and Google campaigns around each client’s goals, economics, and customers.
  • Budget decisions. Manage allocation and pacing, identify opportunities to scale, and explain the reasoning behind your recommendations.
  • Performance analysis. Investigate changes, challenge assumptions, check the underlying data, and turn what you learn into specific actions.
  • Creative testing. Develop ideas and briefs informed by customer insights and performance. Build tests with clear hypotheses and a practical plan for evaluating results.
  • Client relationships. Lead conversations with a clear point of view. Explain what’s happening, what you recommend, and why. Ask thoughtful questions and follow through.
  • Quality. Take responsibility for what goes live, including campaign settings, copy, creative, offers, links, and tracking. Catch issues early and make sure they get resolved.
  • Better ways of working. Put new tools and approaches into practice, improve how work gets done, and share what you learn with the team.
  • What makes you a good fit
  • You’re an experienced paid media practitioner who still enjoys the hands-on work. You can move comfortably from a client conversation to an account investigation to launching a campaign.
  • You’re commercially minded. You understand how acquisition costs, customer quality, revenue, and margins shape a good media decision. You recognize when platform metrics tell an incomplete story.
  • You’re curious. When something doesn’t make sense, you dig into it. You look beyond the first explanation and know how to turn a question into a useful experiment.
  • You have an entrepreneurial approach to your work. You can start with an objective, identify what matters most, and find a way forward. You bring ideas, ask for help when you need it, and keep people informed.
  • You care about the work and the people relying on it. That shows up in your preparation, attention to detail, candor, and follow-through.
  • AI helps us turn ideas into results.

The experience you’ll bring A track record of personally managing paid media accounts and improving results. Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, budget management, and troubleshooting.
