Role Description:
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational delivery for multiple facility and engineering service projects, ensuring service quality, safety, and compliance across diverse client sites. This remote role includes coordinating work schedules and resources, monitoring performance metrics, managing vendor and subcontractor relationships, and supporting project planning for maintenance, retrofits, and specialty initiatives. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to resolve operational issues, optimize workflows, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and cost control. Additional responsibilities include preparing operational reports, supporting budget oversight, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements, and contributing to continuous improvement in integrated facilities management practices.
Qualifications:
Operations and project management skills, including planning, coordination, and oversight of multi-site services. Facilities management knowledge, with experience in maintenance, retrofit projects, or industrial/site support services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and drive process improvements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams in a remote setting. Proficiency with digital tools and software for scheduling, reporting, and workflow management. Demonstrated ability to manage contract-based work, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Understanding of safety, regulatory, and quality standards relevant to facility operations and industrial environments. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations management, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. Prior experience in integrated facilities management, construction, industrial services, or related sectors is highly beneficial. Must speak Spanish. No agencies No H1-B applicants
