Camp Cook and Kitchen Supervisor

PMBC is looking for a part-time to full-time cook/kitchen manager. This position requires the ability to cook for a large group of people (up to 150 people) and manage staff assisting with the meal preparations.  This person must be available on weekends throughout the year (August through May) and during the full week of summer camp programming weeks (June to August). This person would need to be available Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon with occasional Thursday or Monday’s required. This position would include supervising and directing staff in the kitchen with their duties as well as preparing, executing, and cleaning up the meal. On Sunday, the manager would also assist in and direct staff in cleaning the common spaces of the dining hall utilized by the group on campus. This person must be able to maintain the kitchen and dining areas to be compliant with health regulations, keep the food storage areas clean and orderly, and keep supplies sufficiently stocked/inventoried in accordance with the fuller responsibilities listed in the Full Time Kitchen Supervisor Duties document
