Senior Accountant

What You'll Be Doing: Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP Support month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity Maintain and analyze job costing and manufacturing cost information Review inventory activity, costing, and cycle-count results Support plant-level financial reporting and analysis Assist with cash-flow and financial forecasting Review intercompany activity and account balances Support annual budgeting and year-end audit requirements Partner with operations and finance leadership on reporting, analysis, and special projects Help maintain accurate financial controls and identify opportunities to improve accounting processes

What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred Approximately 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Cost accounting experience strongly preferred Manufacturing experience preferred Strong understanding of GAAP, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting Strong Microsoft Excel skills ERP/accounting systems experience Analytical, organized, and comfortable working independently Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and operational teams Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Interested?
