Responsibilities: Experience in an instructional coaching, instructional leadership, or similar role preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field required; Master’s Degree preferred or currently enrolled in a master’s degree program; Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience, preferably within Kindergarten through Grade 2, with a consistent record of strong student outcomes; Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate instructional practices for early elementary students; Demonstrated ability to support instruction across multiple elementary content areas; A demonstrated track record of instructional leadership and facilitation of adult learning; Experience coaching, mentoring, or providing instructional feedback to teachers preferred; Strong understanding of curriculum implementation, lesson planning, assessment, differentiation, and data-driven instruction; Knowledge of effective practices for supporting students with disabilities and diverse learning needs; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills; Goal and results orientation; Superior problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; and Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
