Dental Operations Lead Analyst

Key responsibilities: Manage daily premium operations, identifying and resolving discrepancies across vendor and internal systems Oversee enrollment reconciliation processes and coordinate with stakeholders to address transactional errors Support financial reconciliation and reporting activities, ensuring accurate financial outcomes and compliance with operational controlsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline preferred At least three years of experience in healthcare operations, financial reconciliation, or enrollment management Experience with premium billing, enrollment processing, and operational reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access, with knowledge of relational databases and reconciliation tools preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations
