Company and Role Overview: TruArc Health operates at the intersection of healthcare SaaS and diagnostics. Each vertical addresses a large, under-served market where reimbursement frameworks, regulatory tailwinds, and commercial validation come together to create a durable path to scale. The Account Manager is in the field liaising with clients and staff and is the foundation of our client-facing team, learning the clinical laboratory environment under the guidance of senior team members. This role assists existing provider accounts with all of their needs, from specimen logistics to day-to-day support while developing core competencies in lab service knowledge, compliance, and client communication. The Junior Account Manager is being developed into a confident, independent Account Manager who understands the unique dynamics of the clinical lab space.-Please do not call the company regarding status of your application, you may use LinkedIn to follow-up. Core Focus Areas: Shadowing senior Account Managers on provider visits and ride-alongs Supporting supply requests, specimen pickup coordination, and other day-to-day account activities Learning Gnosis's full test services offerings, including toxicology, infectious disease, and routine diagnostics Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity logs Collaborating with internal teams including lab, operations, billing, and compliance to assist with client requests. Conducting provider education on sample collection, requisition processes, and assisting with all relevant client needs. Account Support & Client Service: Support senior Account Managers in maintaining strong relationships with existing provider accounts. Assist with day-to-day client requests, including supply orders and specimen pickup coordination. Help obtain billing information and patient insurance information when needed. Respond to routine client questions and escalate more complex issues to senior team members. Learning & Development: Build foundational understanding of compliance requirements, requisition processes, and specimen handling standards. Participate in ongoing training to progress toward an independent Account Manager role. Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior Account Managers, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless client support. Communicate proactively with internal teams to flag account needs or potential issues. Contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
Prior experience in customer service, client support, or an entry-level account/sales role is a plus. Clinical laboratory experience preferred.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and personable demeanor.
Coachability: Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and motivated to grow into an independent Account Manager role.
Sales Acumen: Comfortable in an inside sales environment, with an interest in supporting client retention and growth over time.
Organization:
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support senior team members and other departments.
Travel:
Willingness to travel locally for provider visits with occasional out of area travel.
