Requirements:
- (Strict) Active Florida LicenseActive Out-of-State Driver s License 2+ years experience + 24 months case logsACLS, BLS & PALS required 100% clean file (no clinical/criminal issues, no pending cases)
- Less than 5 affiliationsNo more than 2 work gaps (30+ day gaps must be explained on CV)
- Cannot have worked at this site or affiliated site in past 24 months
