Warehouse Coordinator

Hours: 8 am-5 pm Summary of

Responsibilities: Place daily orders for flooring products through the purchasing system and update ETA's accordingly. Identify changes to purchase orders and communicate those changes to vendors and internal staff. Track critical inbound shipments to ensure install schedule needs are met. Report any non-conforming deliveries to management and follow up on any corrective actions required of the vendor. Report vendor issues to appropriate personnel and participate in resolving those issues. Monitor vendor prices and notify appropriate management when increases occur.
