To support innovative healthcare solutions, the remote Experienced Instructional Designer will lead the design and development of enterprise-wide training programs, mentor junior designers, and drive the implementation of advanced instructional methodologies.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of complex training programs and materials for various learning environments
Mentor junior instructional designers and contribute to team development and innovation
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create scalable and impactful learning experiences
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in instructional design and learning development
Proficiency in advanced instructional design techniques and eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)
Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integrations
Strong leadership and project management skills
