Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-TimeAutumn Lake at Scotch Plains | Scotch Plains, NJ
$45-$50/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for Autumn Lake at Scotch Plains. You'll work with residents to identify what's limiting their movement and create a path toward safer, more comfortable daily activity.
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate residents' mobility and develop individualized goals
- Provide treatment for strength, balance, walking, and transfers
- Measure progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Document care and coordinate with nursing and other rehab clinicians
