IT Helpdesk & EDI Specialist

National Safety Apparel is seeking a Helpdesk Administrator based at our Cleveland, Ohio facility to provide front-line IT support for employees. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, manage user access, and ensure users have the tools needed to work effectively. The role requires strong customer service skills, solid Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and the ability to communicate with users of varying technical levels.
