Female Home Health AideWe are looking for a compassionate and reliable Female Home Health Aide with a car to support individuals in the comfort of their homes. This role focuses on helping clients maintain independence while ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. Experience in patient care is helpful, but not required—we value the right attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment
- Monitor and report any changes in a client's condition or behavior
- Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong caregiving abilities, including personal care, cooking, and housekeeping
- Ability to work independently while also communicating effectively with a care team
- Dependable, patient, and attentive to client needs
- Commitment to providing high-quality care
- No certification required
