Drive Process Improvement. Optimize Manufacturing. Make an Impact. We're seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and help improve production efficiency, product quality, and operational performance. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving problems, analyzing data, improving processes, and working closely with operations to drive meaningful results.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and process optimization projects
- Develop production layouts, workflows, and material handling solutions
- Evaluate manufacturing and quality data to identify improvement opportunities
- Support equipment, facility, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to solve production challenges
- Create reports, charts, and metrics to support data-driven decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related Engineering field 1+ years of manufacturing, engineering, or continuous improvement experience preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies is a plus
