Clinical Research Program Lead

UCSF Health in San Francisco seeks a Project Director to support a Principal Investigator by hiring, training, and supervising staff; serving as the bridge between field operations and study leadership; directing advisory boards; developing study materials; and ensuring data integrity and IRB compliance. The role leads data analysis, publications, and multicenter coordination. The incumbent will manage staff, coordinate with the data manager, and help interpret findings for dissemination.
