Job Summary/Overview: The Behavior Technician provides 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism in clinic, home, school, and/or community settings. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician implements individualized treatment plans, collects accurate data, and supports skill development while reducing challenging behaviors. This role involves close collaboration with families and team members, ongoing training, and adherence to ethical and agency standards. Reporting Structure: Reports to Clinic Manager (BCBA), Supervising BCBA, Program Supervisor, and/or Director of Clinical Services
