SCOPE OF WORK Lead welding foremen, craft professionals, and subcontractors, assigning daily tasks and monitoring workforce productivity Enforce strict job site safety rules, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance with industry standards like AWS, ASME, and API Oversee weld inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT), and adherence to approved welding procedure specifications (WPS) Align welding schedules with construction sequencing, manage materials and consumables, and resolve technical setbacks Conduct quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications
