Required Qualifications: 6-10 years of high-level patent litigation experience. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues. Experience with running day-to-day litigation tasks, including discovery and motions practice. Deposition experience is essential. USPTO registration. Technical education background.
