Regional Financial Controller

Responsibilities: Direct regional accounting activities across multiple operating entities, including ledger management, payables, receivables, payroll-related accounting, and cash oversight. Lead the monthly close process to ensure financial results are completed on schedule and in accordance with corporate expectations. Examine and authorize journal entries, account reconciliations, trial balances, and related backup to confirm accuracy and completeness. Produce consolidated regional financial statements and partner with financial planning teams to prepare reporting packages and performance reviews. Approve disbursement cycles, credit arrangements, tax forms, and other accounting transactions within established authority limits. Monitor the quality of reconciliations, entries, and reporting tie-outs to protect the integrity of financial data. Analyze monthly results, investigate variances, and highlight operational and financial trends that influence regional performance. Track key financial indicators such as cash flow and working capital efficiency, and identify opportunities to strengthen business performance.
