Senior CNC Horizontal/Vertical Boring Mill Machinist Power Generation

HBMCore Machining Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC equipment across diverse parts and components Independently run CNC VBM, CNC Lathe, and/or CNC HBM (various control software)Employ tables, workholding, and fixtures to ensure precision What You'll Need to Succeed High school diploma required; associate's preferred 3+ years of tool room experience or equivalent proficiency with GD&TDemonstrated CNC capability including machining, offsets, metrology, and depth in at least one: Lathe, Vertical Boring Mill, Horizontal Boring Mill Background in manual machining, setups, tool wear monitoring, G-/M-codes, troubleshooting, and blueprint reading Advanced shop mathematics; ability to interpret complex drawings, blueprints, specifications, and charts; skilled with precision measuring instruments The Career Readiness/Work Keys Certificate – Silver Status required Ability to pass standard hearing, vision, and pulmonary function tests Moderate physical work with occasional heavier lifting Work Authorization Requirement Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
