Senior AI Software Engineer – Genomics & LLM (Hybrid)

SOPHiA GENETICS seeks a Senior AI Software Engineer to strengthen our Engineering Hub in Boston with a focus on production LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and end-to-end web services. You will ship full-stack features, mentor peers, and contribute to a globally distributed platform used in healthcare. The role is hybrid with 3 days onsite at the Boston office. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in web services, strong Java/SQL, React, Docker/Kubernetes, and experience with AI tooling in SDLC.
