About the role

Overview: Real Inspection Services offers professional home inspection services throughout Chicago and its suburbs. Our range of services includes Home Inspections, 203(k) Consultant Services, Radon Testing, Air and Water Quality Testing, Mold Testing, Sewer and Chimney Scope Inspections, and Drone Roof Inspections. We pride ourselves on delivering thorough, reliable, and trusted inspections to meet the needs of our clients. Our commitment to excellence ensures that property owners feel confident in their investments and decisions.

Responsibilities: This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Home Inspector will conduct property inspections, assess building systems, and provide detailed and reliable inspection reports to clients. The inspector will work closely with property owners and other stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service and accurate assessments. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining records, supporting new business development, and fostering positive client relationships.

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of inspection experience Strong communication and report-writing skills Reliable transportation and professional demeanor Preferred (not required) Experience with Spectora reporting software Background in additional services (radon, sewer scope, etc.) is a plus
