We are looking for individuals who are:• Physically present and command respect• Calm under pressure and skilled at de-escalation• Reliable—no excuses, no last-minute call-outs• Able to read situations before they escalate Role Includes:• Door control & ID verification• Crowd management inside and outside the venue• Removing problem guests professionally• Coordinating with management & law enforcement• Protecting staff, guests, and the brand
