As we deliver our ambitious 2030 Growth Strategy, we’relooking for a Site IT Engineer, provide specialist technical support across assigned sites. This role supports local IT and OT environments, resolves complex infrastructure and end-user issues, and delivers site and regional technology projects while maintaining a high level of user service and satisfaction. Who We’re Looking For:· Experience providing technical IT support for endpoints, on-premises and cloud servers, and networks.· Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, Active Directory administration, virtual machines, server operating system health monitoring and maintenance, and on-premises-to-cloud migration.· Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, Share Point, Ivanti, and Veeam.· Experience with firewall installation and troubleshooting, fiber connection mapping and maintenance, and third-party remote access administration.· Understanding cybersecurity principles and best practices.· Understanding of industrial IT/OT environments and ISA-95, with the ability to partner effectively with OT teams.· Microsoft Fundamentals certification, such as Azure Fundamentals or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, and ITIL v 4 Foundation certification.· Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to support users ranging from factory operators to directors and executives.· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural, global environment.· Ability to manage multiple priorities across varied network environments, support vendors on site, travel as required, and work outside standard hours when necessary. What You’ll Be Doing:· Provide first- and second-line technical expertise to site users and support IT Administrators and contractors across the assigned region.· Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving PCs, laptops, servers, Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, security, networks, and related local IT systems in line with Group IT policies and standards.· Keep stakeholders informed about the status, expectations, and outcomes of incidents, significant issues, improvements, and project activity.· Perform root cause analysis, document solutions, share knowledge with IT Administrators and global colleagues, and help prevent repeat issues and rework.· Provide IT/OT administration support, including new projects, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and alignment with current technology standards.· Support networks and regional systems used for process automation, payroll, time and attendance, local databases, safety incident registration, audits, ISO requirements, holiday registration, and complaints management.· Identify and implement improvements to site IT systems and processes, contributing practical and innovative solutions for site management.· Lead regional and site projects from planning through technical execution. Projects may include cloud servers and applications, phone systems, network upgrades, factory system upgrades, annual computing refreshes, and small local workflows or applications.· Represent multiple sites and offices in meetings and calls, report findings, recommend solutions, and manage implementation from end to end.· Make routine technical decisions within a complex IT network and influence users when IT policies and standards are not being followed.· Escort vendors and provide technical and site support as needed.· Support an area of operation serving up to two hundred users while maintaining a responsive, customer-friendly approach.
