Metrology Specialist- Medical Device Manufacturing (12-hour 2/2/3 Dayshift)

What You'll Do: Develop and implement dimensional inspection methods and techniques. Perform DOE response dimensional inspections. Conduct dimensional inspections for modified and full First Articles. Perform Gage R&R studies to evaluate measurement system capability. Conduct Capability Studies and analyze results. Review inspection and study results with appropriate personnel. Assist with identifying and resolving metrology and measurement-related issues. Support other quality and dimensional inspection activities as needed. Assist with training and developing Dimensional Inspector Trainees.

What We're Looking For: College degree or 4+ years of metrology experience. Strong understanding of GD&T and programming. Proficiency in blueprint reading. Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).Commitment to manufacturing safety and quality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate technical findings clearly and work effectively with others.
