Studio Assistant

Main responsibilities include: Organizing and tracking inventory, including: Communicating with clients Scheduling pickups and returns Tracking invoices and handling general administrative tasks Managing the studio calendar Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming studio space Additional duties may include: Interacting with clients during pickups, returns, and studio bookings Merchandising/organizing the prop shop Handling e-com orders We’re looking for someone who: 3x days a week - Thursday and Friday with a third day of your choice - 9am - 4pm Has flexibility and is comfortable with shifting tasks day to day Is reliable, punctual, and highly self‑motivated Is a strong communicator with a positive, professional attitude Is extremely well organized and is able to juggle many open tasks at once Has great attention to detail and can take initiative without needing direction Is comfortable moving heavy items and using a ladder to reach high shelves Doesn't mind a studio dog since she's the real boss around here This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a collaborative environment.
