OurClientislookingforaSeniorSupplierQualityEngineerwhocanownsupplierperformance, driveimprovements, andensureworld-classqualityacrossahigh-tech, high-stakesproductrangeusedinmultipleenvironmentsaroundtheworldincludinggovernment/defence.
WhatYou’llDoLeadsupplierdevelopmenttoboostquality, capability, anddelivery.
Runsupplierauditsandcloseactionsfast.
Qualifynewparts, processes, tooling, andsecondaryoperations.
Tacklenonconformanceswithsolidroot-causeandcorrectiveaction(8D,5Whys, CAPA).
Partnerwith Engineeringoncomplextechnicalissues.
SupportNPI, designreviews, engineeringchanges, andconfigurationcontrol.
OwnsupplierqualityKPIsanddrivecontinuousimprovementandcost-downactivity.
Communicateconfidentlywithseniorstakeholdersandescalateissueswhenneeded.
Tobeconsideredforthispositionyouwillneedtohave Engineeringdegree(orequivalentexperience).
7+yearsin SupplierQuality/Quality Engineeringorengineeringwithincomplexmechanicalorelectro-mechanicalmanufacturing.
Strongbackgroundwithinanenvironmentthatsourcesmultiplematerialsandcomponents
ExpertinGD&T, measurementmethods, anddataanalysis.
UnderstandingofISO9001andpreferablyISO14001
Skilledin SolidWorks, statisticaltools, andleadingimprovementprojects.
Understandingof ProductionPartsApprovalProcess
Past Auditorexperience, certificationpreferred
Passport+driver’slicence; abletotravelupto 25%.
