About the role

Strategic Advisor — Employee Benefits Strategy & Product About Omega Health Longevity is sold as a luxury. Omega is making it the next standard employee benefit, just like dental and vision. We build an AI-powered longevity platform for employers, turning bloodwork and health data into personalized Action Plans that adapt to employees' daily routines. Our platform is ready, with beta users currently testing it. We're preparing for our first employer-sponsored pilots in 2027.
About the Role: We're seeking an experienced employee benefits professional to join our advisory team. The ideal candidate understands how employers evaluate healthcare solutions and how benefits brokers and consultants recommend new products. You'll work directly with our founder and commercial team to help position Omega for the employer benefits market.
Responsibilities: Advise on product positioning, pricing, and benefit design. Help align Omega's offering with employer needs and broker expectations. Support commercialization and employer pilot preparation. Provide insights on benefits market trends and competition. Facilitate industry introductions when appropriate.
Preferred Background: Experience in one or more of the following:
  • Employee Benefits Consulting & Brokerage
  • Employer Healthcare
  • Digital Health & Wellness
  • Benefits Strategy & Innovation
  • Healthcare Product Commercialization
Experience with Mercer, Aon, Gallagher, WTW, Lockton, NFP, USI, or similar firms is a plus. Time Commitment2–6 hours monthly, remote and flexible. Initial 12-month term, with potential transition into a full-time leadership position.
Compensation: Up to 0.5% performance-based equity plus a $25,000 deferred bonus, conditional on agreed milestones.
