Ability to interpret production data and provide actionable insights Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work with complex data and ensure precision in reporting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Develop skills and knowledge in a real-world manufacturing environment Mentorship: Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced production planning professionals Assist Planning manager and team with analysis and other procedural improvements Take an active part in the execution of development projects Develop and integrate documentation processes to ensure consistency and accuracy Provide project status updates as required Works under close supervision of the Planning Manager Required Skills/Knowledge Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Current Junior or Senior at a 4-year university with a graduation date between December 2027 and December 2028. Must be available to work 40 hours per week onsite Languages Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
