Appliance Repair Technician

Position Summary: As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will diagnose and repair residential household appliances while providing professional, clear, and customer-focused service. Work volume is consistent, and earnings are directly tied to performance, efficiency, and completed jobs.

Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally Minimum 1 year of appliance repair experience preferred Pay & CompensationW-2 performance-based, commission compensation Average earnings typically range between $20–$45 per hour, based on experience, productivity, and job completion Expected workload of 65+ diagnostic and repair jobs per month Opportunities for performance bonuses and commissions Benefits 8 days of paid time off (PTO) per year Paid training provided No night shifts Vehicle reimbursement Monthly tool and vehicle allowance
