**Must have active Top Secret/SCIThis position supports the customer's use of ServiceNow to automate the Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle and Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM) — managing system authorization packages, security control assessment, and ongoing compliance monitoring. Focus-area experience that will stand out: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CAM and/or IRM/GRC applied to federal RMF processes Working knowledge of NIST RMF (SP 800-37) and NIST SP 800-53 security controls Experience supporting ATO packages, control assessments, POA&M tracking, and continuous monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
Help envision, design, and implement new features using the ServiceNow low-code platform based on the prioritized product backlog.
Bring innovative, out-of-the-box thinking to challenging problems, brainstorming with peers and leveraging internal and external resources.
Build service requests from requirements, including requests, request items, and tasks using workflows; manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service.
Lead teams in ServiceNow development, configuration, administration, and deployments.
Unit test all developed features, including edge cases, and conduct peer reviews of other developers’ code as needed.
Attend and actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, including user story grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Deliver presentations to the client during sprint demos and coordinate meetings with intersecting teams as required.
Participate in implementation architectures for digital solutions, frameworks, and accelerators.
Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions to socialize best practices and draft white papers as applicable.
Help build proofs of concept and create technical solutions for internal applications as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical field.8+ years of professional experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem performing project implementations that exploit the platform’s full capabilities (discover, design, implement, and optimize) while delivering in an Agile framework.6+ years specializing in multiple major ServiceNow suites (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, SPM).Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, and platform scripting. Extensive experience creating and managing complex integrations such as SOAP, REST, SSO, SAML, SSL, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, MID Servers, eBonding, API development, data migration, and Flow Designer automation. Knowledge of MID Server, LDAP, SSO, OAuth, and Web Services integration. Experience with CI/CD integrations, DevSecOps and security-in-the-pipeline, and code review. Solid understanding of IT delivery methodology and leading teams in implementing solutions according to the design/architecture. Experience configuring ServiceNow components such as Flows, Spokes, Service Catalog, App Engine, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, and Event Management. Experience creating reports and dashboards within ServiceNow Performance Analytics. Good understanding of data concepts (SQL, databases) and business workflows. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and business resources at all levels. Experience with Service Portal development using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap is a plus.

Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Cybersecurity-focused certification such as CompTIA Security+ServiceNow Developer certification (IT, Security, HR, CS, or Platform Application Development)ITIL 4 Foundation
Preferred:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, or SecOps)SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
